Incomplete Documentation
This widget shows patients who have been checked in for an appointment
but whose documentation for that appointment is not yet complete.
Once a patient is checked in for an appointment, s/he will show on this list as having “Incomplete Documentation.”
The “View Details” button gives you details including Patient Name, Patient Account Number, Visit Date, Exam Status, etc. Exam Status will be listed as:
- “Not Started” – indicates no exam has been selected or begun. Patients without started exams will not show up correctly on the “Upcoming Visits With Exams Needed” widget, since it is unclear which exam will be completed.
- “Started” – indicates exam was started and saved as a draft.
- “Pending PT Approval” – indicates that a PTA has submitted an exam for PT Approval
Patient Exams can be launched directly from the Details page of the widget by clicking the “View Exam” icon in the first column.
When the documentation cycle is complete, patients will fall off of this widget.
NOTE: Patients will not show up on this report if a Policy Type has not been selected.
Within the widget details page, all columns are sortable; clicking on any column header will sort the widget details by that column. Additionally, the filter box will search through all results on the grid and return only those rows with the data entered in the filter box. This report also links to the Patient Center by clicking on Patient Name.
The Details data is also able to be exported to Excel.
