Color Coding
The MedSoft Appointment Calendar utilizes color coding to assist your clinic in easily identifying a patient’s policy type. The color of each appointment corresponds with the patient’s Policy Type. In the screen shot below, you can see each of the designated colors; Policy types have been included as the appointment subject line for clarity.
Policy types and color code are as follows:
Auto & Personal Injury – Dark Grey
Cash – Green
HMO – Tan
Medicare – Orange
PPO – Blue
WC – Maroon
Medicare HMO – Fuschia
Vets – Yellow
Pre-Pay – Dark Blue
The following policy types do not have a color assigned for the calendar; they all show up in white:
